Serving Persecuted Believers

Support Persecuted Believers

People groups remain unreached for a reason. Often they are in very remote, difficult places. Sometimes, they are openly hostile toward what they know of Christianity. As a result, new believers may face serious persecution, and Lifeway teams are trained and prepared to respond quickly to potentially dangerous situations.

Provide Care and Services to those Experiencing Persecution

  • Provide legal services
  • Provide medical care
  • Provide temporary safe house
  • Help with relocation and expenses in crisis situations
*Movement partners in Lifeway’s Global DMM networks can fill out an application for assistance with persecution response. A Lifeway team member often makes an on-site visit to assess the need. Once an applicant is approved, Lifeway works through our teams closest to the persecution to ensure appropriate support for those who are suffering.
