Training Leaders & Teams
Lifeway trains local leaders who build teams that make disciples who make disciples. This involves levels of formal instruction, as well as coaching and mentoring. Consistent leadership development is required for simple churches and movements to multiply. A common saying at Lifeway is, “No leaders, no movements.”
Since 2015 Lifeway has also hosted the Global DMM Catalyst Camp. This interactive conference has grown every year. In June, 2023 there were 260 DMM practitioners from 47 countries at this annual meeting.
